Our family, just like many Italian families, when possible, always grew our own vegetables. Already our Hotel on the Garda Lake has its own garden where the chef grows and utilizes the vegetables in his amazing dishes. Here in Sardinia the vegetable garden is located just under the terrace of our restaurant wih an amazing view over the Mediterranean Sea, sheltered from the wind.
While enjoying a Caprese salad at the restaurant, you can admire the plants from which the tomatoes were harvested. You can see the eggplants patiently waiting to ripen, ready to be grilled and paired with excellent sea bass. We don't do this for you, but it's nature that demands it. All you can do is take advantage of it—a healthy, ecological, and wholesome food option.
